Amaretto Sour

What you'll need:

• 1 1/2 oz Amaretto Liqueur
• 3/4 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
• Optional (but recommended): 1 Large Egg White
• Garnish: Lemon Peel
• Garnish: Maraschino Cherry

How to make it:

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
2. If using egg white, shake vigorously without for 10-15 seconds. This will help incorporate and aerate the egg white.
3. Fill shaker with ice (preferably one large and one small cube) and shake for 10-15 seconds, until well-chilled.
4. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
5. Garnish with lemon peel & cherry.
